Seamless Amazon ROC Integration

We work directly with the Amazon Relay Operations Center (ROC) to ensure smooth resolutions to issues including: 

  • Driver Bobtail Requests - We coordinate with Amazon ROC to get drivers bobtailed when it is appropriate to do so​​

  • Load Leg Issue Resolution - When issues arise with load legs, including issues at Fulfillment Centers (FC's), Delivery Stations (DS's), & 3PL locations, we proactively work with ROC to fix any discrepancies

  • Delay Reporting & Mitigation - We communicate delays in real-time, ensuring ROC stays informed and disruptions are minimized

  • 24/7/365 Support for Unexpected Challenges - whether it's a damaged trailer or last-minute route changes, we handle it so you don't have to

  • Round-the-Clock ROC Communication - Amazon heavily penalizes AFP carriers for ignoring calls from ROC - we make sure every call is picked up and completely resolved

AFP Carrier Scorecard Monitoring

Maintaining a high Amazon AFP Carrier Scorecard (98%+) is essential for securing preferred access to new blocks. AFPLogix actively monitors and optimizes the key performance metrics that impact your score:

  • Driver On-Time Percentage – 37.5% of your on-time score is based on on-time arrival to origin, and 62.5% is based on on-time delivery to the destination. We track and optimize driver performance to constantly improve these metrics

  • Driver Relay App Step Completion – Amazon requires drivers to follow all digital steps in the Relay app, including digital Bill of Lading (BOL) confirmations. Missing steps can make it difficult to prove load completion. AFPLogix ensures drivers properly complete these steps for every load

  • Load Acceptance Score – Amazon tracks load, block, and contract rejections. Rejections made over 6 hours before start time have a lower penalty than those within 6 hours. We help manage load acceptance strategies to minimize negative impact

  • Load Disruptions – Minimizing disruptions is critical. We monitor disruptions and provide proactive solutions to keep operations running smoothly

Amazon Freight Partners often encounter disputes related to late arrivals, load discrepancies, payment issues, and compliance penalties. AFPLogix assists in handling disputes effectively:

  • Late Delivery Appeals – If a delay was caused by uncontrollable factors (weather, road closures, ROC miscommunications), we document and submit appeals to Amazon

  • Incorrect Payment Disputes – We verify rate confirmations and payment calculations to ensure carriers are compensated correctly

  • Live Traffic Analysis – We constantly monitor 511 services and other live resources to provide drivers with real-time updates on road conditions, construction, and traffic delays

  • Weather Impact Alerts – By using live weather monitoring systems, we help drivers stay aware of hazardous conditions and notify Amazon ROC if necessary

  • Dynamic Route Adjustments – We help reroute and redirect drivers away from road closures, increasing their on-time percentage and reducing the need to file disputes
